Day 1: Gangtok → Lachen (118 km | ~6 hrs)
Pickup from Gangtok
Drive to Lachen
En route sightseeing:
Seven Sister WaterfallsArrive at Lachen & hotel check-in (02:00 PM)
Dinner & overnight stay
Day 2: Lachen → Gurudongmar Lake → Lachung (84 km total)
Early morning drive to Gurudongmar Lake
Breakfast at Thangu (try local salt tea)
Visit the lake and return to Lachen
Transfer to Lachung (44 km / ~2 hrs)
Hotel check-in (02:00 PM)
Dinner & overnight stay
Day 3: Lachung → Yumthang Valley → Lachung (Stay)
After breakfast, excursion to Yumthang Valley (26 km / 1.5 hrs)
