Welcome to Sikkim Diaries. By using our website and booking our services (tours, hotels, transport), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

• Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour or upon arrival, as agreed.
• Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after the receipt of the advance payment and a confirmation email from Sikkim Diaries.
• Price Validity: Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel prices, hotel rates, or government taxes. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change.

Cancellation requests must be sent via email to hello@sikkimdiaries.com. Verbal cancellations will not be honored. Our refund policy is as follows:

It is the responsibility of the guest to carry valid photo identification documents (Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, etc.) for all travelers. For protected areas like Nathula Pass and North Sikkim, specific permits are required, and guests must provide necessary documents and photographs in advance for processing.

• Sikkim Diaries acts as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers. We shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, or damage caused by natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Any additional expenses incurred due to delays (flight cancellations, roadblocks, weather) will be borne by the guest.
• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or substitute hotels/vehicles of similar category if deemed necessary for the safety and convenience of our guests.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Sikkim, Sikkim.
