Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: NJP to Gangtok
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station.
Hop on the cab and depart to Gangtok.
Gaze on the awe-inspiring landscapes of snow-laden mountains en-route.
Check in to the hotel.
Explore the famous MG Marg to treasure some unique souvenirs and authentic cuisines.
Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 2: Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir & Nathula Pass
Depart early in the morning to Tsomgo Lake.
Catch a glimpse of the beauty of the snow-covered landscape surrounding the lake.
Try riding a Yak or play in the snow.
Visit and pay homage unique Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir.
Later, you can also visit Nathula Pass(closed on Monday) which is one of the most crucial passes on the crossroads of the India-China border.
Visit Hangu Lake and experience boating.
Spend the evening at your leisure.
Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 3: Gangtok Half Day Sightseeing &Transfer to Darjeeling
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, get ready to begin your Gangtok sightseeing tour.
Start off by visiting the Tashi Viewpointand admire the beauty of Kanchenjunga Ranges.
Adore the panaromic views of Gangtok as you embrace the spiritual side of Gangtok by visiting Ganesh Tokand Plant Conservatory.
Visit the Cottage and Handloom Centerto know more about the production of local handicrafts.
Get a chance to understand the rich culture of Tibet as you visit the Institute of Tibetology.
Listen to the peaceful chantings and prayers of the Buddhist Monks at Dro-Dul Chorten Monastery.
The drive may not be very smooth but on the journey, you will come across gorgeous green gardens, rivers, quaint villages and old bridges.
Reach the hotel in Darjeeling, check in and stay overnight.
Day 4: Darjeeling Half Day Sightseeing & Transfer to NJP
Early morning drive to Tiger Hill to catch the sunrise over Kanchenjunga.
Return to Darjeeling for breakfast.
Visit Batasia Loop, the spiral railway track, and the attached Gorkha War Memorial.
Then go to Ghoom Monastery (Yiga Choeling).
After lunch, visit the Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda.
Your tour concludes once you are dropped off at the NJP Station/ Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey
