1. Nature of Products/Services
It is important to note that Sikkim Diaries deals in intangible services and does not sell any physical products. The services we provide include:
- Tour Package Bookings
- Hotel Reservations
- Transportation Arrangements (Cabs, Buses)
- Guide Services
- Travel Itineraries and Planning
Since no physical goods are sold, the concept of "shipping" or "physical delivery" does not apply in the traditional sense.
2. Delivery of Service & Travel Documents
Upon successful booking and payment, we deliver our service in the following manner:
Digital Delivery (Primary Method)
All booking confirmations and travel documents are delivered electronically via email.
Instant Automated Confirmation
You will receive an instant automated booking confirmation via email immediately after your payment is processed successfully.
Detailed Itinerary & Vouchers
Within 24-48 hours of booking, you will receive a detailed itinerary, hotel vouchers, and all necessary travel documents via email.
WhatsApp/Text Message
Key booking details and emergency contact numbers may also be shared via WhatsApp or SMS for your convenience and quick access during travel.
3. Service Fulfillment Timeline
The service is considered delivered and fulfilled on the completion of your tour as per the booked itinerary. The timeline for service delivery is as follows:
- Document Delivery: Within 48 hours of booking
- Service Commencement: On the start date of your tour
- Service Completion: On the end date of your tour
4. No Physical Shipping
Since we provide services and not physical products:
- No physical goods will be shipped to your address
- No shipping charges apply
- No tracking numbers are provided
- No delivery timelines for physical goods are applicable
5. Non-Receipt of Digital Documents
In case you do not receive your booking confirmation or travel documents via email:
- Please check your spam/junk folder
- Ensure you provided the correct email address during booking
- Contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] or [Your Phone Number]
- We will re-send all documents within 2 hours of notification during business hours
